Spend a day with FIUTS exploring Rattlesnake Ledge, one of Seattle’s most popular hiking destinations! Take in this famous local trail while meeting people from across the globe! What if I need to cancel?

Change of plans? Please contact us to cancel your reservation. Here's why it's important to officially cancel (instead of just not showing up): Group sizes are usually limited due to ticket prices, bus seating, etc. This means that we cannot always accommodate everyone who wants to join an event, and we often have an active waitlist. Can I get a refund?

If you are cancelling for a paid event, please note that FIUTS can refund 75% of the ticket price up to three days before an event.


If you cancel three days or fewer before an event, it will not be possible to issue a refund. All refunds will go back on the card originally used to make the purchase within 7-10 business days.


We will make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis in the event that you are not able to attend the event because you are experiencing symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19. It is very important to stay home if you are feeling unwell or have received a positive test, and we will issue full refunds to participants who need to cancel for this reason.
