Where: Meet at Burke Museum at 8am (bus will leave at 8:15am)

Explore the curiously named Lake 22 in the center of an oasis of alpine wetland nestled on the northern shoulder of Mount Pilchuck. Spend a lovely day in the best of mountain rainforests, old-growth, wetlands, and mountain views with people from the globe!

Use your curiosity to find out the beauty of the nature and history of Lake 22 throughout hiking. Also, you will enjoy communicating with many people having different backgrounds and bring your inclusion to make a friendly and welcoming environment for everyone around you!

Cost: $30 (includes park forest fee and transportation)

What to bring: Picnic lunch, hiking shoes (hiking boots, tennis shoes, sneakers, must be closed-toed), comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing (bring layers), etc
