This June, FIUTS is excited to introduce Picnic at the Park: a socially-distant picnic at Gas Works Park! Conveniently located minutes away from the University of Washington campus, Gas Works Park boasts stunning sunset views of the Seattle skyline and an expansive lawn for socially-distant gatherings. Pack your own dinner for picnic-style eating and meet FIUTS friends for conversation and fun as the sun sets over Seattle! Due to safety regulations around Covid-19, spaces are limited and pre-registration is required.

What to bring: A meal to eat at the park, a water bottle, and any other items you'll need for the evening. Wear comfortable shoes (tennis shoes highly recommended) and weather-appropriate clothing.

FIUTS Covid-19 Advisory & Community Safety Regulations:
In alignment with the University of Washington's existing face covering policy and distancing requirements, FIUTS requires all participants to wear a mask for the duration of the event and maintain six feet of distance with others at all times, regardless of their vaccination status. Participants may only remove masks while actively eating or drinking.
