Event Details

Let’s ride water taxi to the Alki Beach, a long beach that runs roughly from 64th place SW to Duwamish Head on Elliott Bay. You can capture the most beautiful skyline of Seattle at the Alki beach! Along the beach, there are many restaurants, cafes, and bars. Join FIUTS for a water taxi ride and a happy hour by the beach.

Cost: All university/college students, FIUTS friends, scholar, community members - ALL ARE WELCOME!

Who: Anyone

What to bring: U-Pass for light rail and water taxi; money for food & drink; Valid government issued ID for those who are 21+ and would like to purchase alcohol

FIUTS Covid-19 Advisory & Community Safety Regulations:
In alignment with the University of Washington's existing face covering policy and distancing requirements, FIUTS requires all participants to wear a mask for the duration of the event and maintain six feet of distance with others at all times, regardless of their vaccination status. Participants may only remove masks while actively eating or drinking.
