DESCRIPTION: Spend a day with FIUTS exploring Rattlesnake Ledge, one of Seattle’s most popular hiking destinations! Take in this famous local trail while meeting people from across the globe! Bring a packed lunch for a picnic on the mountain! Check out the trail here! The group will take a chartered bus to and from the trailhead.\n\nDate: Saturday, October 5th 2024\n\nMeeting Location: Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture (in the parking lot) \nTime: 8:45am meet-up | 9:00am departure \n\nCost: $25\n\nWho: ALL students & FIUTS friends - ALL ARE WELCOME!\n\nWhat to bring: Picnic lunch, water bottle, camera, hiking shoes, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, layered clothes, and eat your breakfast beforehand.\n \n---- PLEASE READ ---\nWhat if I need to cancel?\n\nChange of plans? Please contact us to cancel your reservation. Here's why it's important to officially cancel (instead of just not showing up): Group sizes are usually limited due to ticket prices, bus seating, etc. This means that we cannot always accommodate everyone who wants to join an event, and we often have an active waitlist. So, if your plans change, it is important to let us know, because someone would love to have your spot! To cancel your reservation, simply email:josef@fiuts.org. \n\n\nCan I get a refund?\n\nIf you are cancelling for a paid event, please note that FIUTS can refund 75% of the ticket price up to three days before an event. \n\n\nIf you cancel three days or fewer before an event, it will not be possible to issue a refund. All refunds will go back on the card originally used to make the purchase within 7-10 business days.\n\n\nWe will make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis in the event that you are not able to attend the event because you are experiencing symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19.
