Dress up in Indian traditional attire if you’d like, sarees and dhotis are encouraged, and bring your favorite dish from home that you miss this time of year. Share it with old and new friends and enjoy the spirit of the festival together.\nWhen: Saturday, October 18th 5:30-8pm\n\nWhere: FIUTS office (909 43rd St. Seattle, WA 98105)\n\nWho: ALL are welcome!\nBefore we eat, we’ll learn how to make one or two classic Diwali sweets at the FIUTS office. The event will run until 8 PM, so you’ll have time to continue your night afterward or stick around for games and stories if you’d like.\nPlease let us know what dish you plan to bring and share any dietary details so everyone can enjoy the evening safely and comfortably.\nFirst time celebrating Diwali?
