DESCRIPTION: Welcome to the Ambassador sign up for Japan Science and Technology/Koishikawa HS Program. The Ambassador Program is a great way to connect with your peers from different parts of the world (in this case Japan) and practice your leadership skills in the process. You must be a registered high school student or undergraduate student in the Greater Pacific Northwest region and be able to commute to Seattle to fulfill the program requirements. Ambassadors are eligible to earn service hours by participating in the program. Below is the current schedule for ambassadors, but it may shift slightly as the program gets closer. \nMonday, August 17th:\n12:30 - 2:30 pm Welcome group lunch with the Koishikawa students, facilitated introducations and icebreakers\n2:30 - 4:30 pm UW campus tour in small groups\n5:00 - 7:00 pm Bowling at UW HUB\n\nTuesday, August 18th (optional):\n4:30 - 5:30 pm Communication workshop (presentation skills) at FIUTS office\n\nWednesday, August 19th (optional)\n\n:30 am - 12:30 pm Communication workshop (presentation skills and public speaking) at FIUTS office\n\nThursday, August 20th:\n9:30 - 10:30 am Optional Communication workshop (Science and art)\n\n:00 pm - Pike Place Market tour and lunch (lunch is covered)\n3:30 ~ 5:30 pm - Mopop self-guided tour in small groups (tickets provided)\n\nFriday, August 21st:\n5:30 - 7:30 pm - Final dinner at the UW HUB\n \n \n\nFor details, click here: https://fiuts.secure.nonprofitsoapbox.com/component/events/event/1764
